ThePrepLab provides customized B2B proposals for educators and coaching institutes.

The proposal specifies included products, supported app platforms, active-student allowances, AI usage credits or limits, onboarding and migration scope, and applicable subscription or revenue-sharing terms. Revenue sharing can apply. Do not assume zero revenue share, unlimited AI usage, or that every app platform is included in every package.

AI question generation and extraction of existing PDF questions are separate workflows. Educators should review questions, answer keys and formatting before publishing.

Migration is done-for-you subject to an agreed scope and access to supported source exports. Timing and charges are confirmed in the proposal; a universal free 48-hour migration or app-store approval is not promised.
